1. Would you consider yourself an organized person? Why or why not? i'd like to say that i am because i am fascinated with the science of organization. i loved the trapper keepers with the separate folders for each class and the hello kitty pencil case holders with fancy compartments for the different pens, erasers, etc. i bought dozens of organizers because i loved filling in the little details of everyday and my brother bought me my first palm pilot. i am now settled with my second palm pilot and a bunch of calendars to keep me on track. i like to keep things in certain places just so i know where they are and so i will not go crazy trying to find them, i.e., my keys have their own little decoupage dish on a shelf that must be put there everyday. everything in my car goes in a particular place so that i can find it without looking while i drive.
2. Do you keep some type of planner, organizer, calendar, etc. with you, and do you use it regularly? see above.
3. Would you say that your desk is organized right now? my desk at work is immaculate. i spend the last minutes of every day just putting everything back in its original place and keeping the desk free of extraneous items. i forward my desk calendar to the next day so its the first thing i see the next morning. my binders and books are neatly stored in shelves. i try to be consistent with my desk in my room, but it never works out as well.
4. Do you alphabetize CDs, books, and DVDs, or does it not matter? dvds, yes. cd's and books, no.
5. What's the hardest thing you've ever had to organize? i guess my papers from highschool and college. i dont have a filing system for any of my papers, so they are just randomly lying about the place.
