lazy git

my day was jam-packed with activities. james and i headed over to the flea market this morning because the day was just too beautiful to stay indoors. i took a bunch of pics with the lomo, so i can't upload anything new seeing as my turnaround time for developing film is about 3-7 years.

afterwards we headed over to englewood to run a couple of my errands and on the way back we decided to take the scenic route through edgewater and pass by buckees...unfortunately everyone else had the same idea, so we were stuck in a bit of traffic on river rd.

got back later than expected and i had to rush to get ready for fernando's housewarming. basically said hello and goodbye and then had to drive down to edison for joyce's birthday dinner.

tomorrow i'm going to hang with my pops. i've made a date to have lunch and watch a movie. because these days, my dad's too important to just assume that he'd be free. you've got to make an appointment in advance. i've scoured the area's movie theatres for something to watch, and i've got to say, there is nothing interesting going on in the cinema these days. the 4 dollar movie theatre was playing munich last week...which i was excited to see...but they took that off rotation. i'm left with brokeback, capote, cache & match point. brokeback i do want to see...just not with my dad. its looking like capote at this point.

its my birfday

again, 1 month and two days later...mind you, this was no easy feat. michelle went through much frustration and anger to get this to me, and for that i am eternally grateful. not to mention, this shirt rocks.

thank you. thank you. thank you. your gifts are always so thoughtful. whether its a bedroom set or a box of strawberry flavored chapsticks, you always seem to know exactly what to give to make me smile. i love it.
